01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kd3333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kd3333 website located at kd3333.app, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

All financial transactions on kd3333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following deposit and withdrawal rules apply to all registered players:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name. kd3333 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed during BST business hours (UTC+6). Standard processing time is 2–24 hours depending on the selected payment channel.
• Verification prior to withdrawal: kd3333 may require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must not attempt to withdraw funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• No cash or cryptocurrency: kd3333 does not accept physical cash, prepaid vouchers not listed above, or any cryptocurrency as a deposit or withdrawal method.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

kd3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
